It can be very challenging for people to maintain a sense of balance with all the stress of modern day demands. This may be reflected in different ways, including physical pain,unhappiness, not finding time to do the things one loves, fatigue, and undefined fears, to name a few.


Looking at our health from a holistic mind-body perspective, illness and pain are seen as a red flag. A sign to stop and take a closer look at how we are doing things. Our symptoms deliver the most personal of messages: something in our life is out of whack. Causes could include emotional or mental stress, habitual negative thoughts, poor diet or the way we engage in relationships.

If we can stop for a moment and listen to this call to action, choose a new direction and move forward one baby step at a time – there is an opportunity for amazing healing. Sometimes we need support through this process… tools, a map, a compass to show us which way to go.

Holistic Health Training teaches practical techniques, from a variety of natural disciplines, which support people in moving forward towards their full potential, be it physically, emotionally or mentally.

Bronwyn Greene is a Kinesiologist and Touch For Health instructor based in Killarney, Johannesburg. She also teaches Touch For Health in Cape Town. She is registered with the International Kinesiology College (IKC), Australia, and is a member of the Association of Specialised Kinesiologists, South Africa (ASKSA).

Bronwyn worked for large corporations, both locally and internationally, before entering the field of holistic health. Being familiar with the stress and pressure of the corporate environment, Bronwyn understands the impact this can have on one’s health and happiness.

Bronwyn is an experienced and caring teacher, creating a safe environment for students to learn, practise and enjoy their new skills.
